Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who are blind or have low vision, people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, people who use a keyboard or voice control instead of a mouse, and people who process information differently. Our work is about who gets welcomed in. Our own website should not be the thing that keeps someone out.
Our Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content usable for people with a wide range of disabilities.
Where We Stand Today
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard.
Our own pages passed automated checks, keyboard checks, and screen reader testing with VoiceOver on Mac. The main gaps we know about are in third-party tools from HubSpot: our forms, our consultation booking calendar, and our cookie banner. They load from HubSpot’s servers, so we cannot fully test their insides or change how they work. We have given the booking calendar a label for screen readers and made room for it on small phone screens.
What We Do Now
Plain language. We write in short paragraphs and everyday words, and we avoid jargon where we can.
Alt text. Photos at the top of blog posts are decorative, and each post credits its photo in text at the end.
Your feedback. We read every accessibility report ourselves and use it to decide what to fix first.
Known Limitations
HubSpot forms, booking calendar, and cookie banner. We control some of their settings, but not all of how they work. If any of them gets in your way, email or call us and we will take your message or book a time with you directly.

How We Check This Site
We review this site ourselves (a self-evaluation). We have not hired an outside auditor. Our most recent review was on October 14, 2026, and used automated testing (axe), keyboard checks at desktop and phone sizes, and screen reader testing with VoiceOver on Mac. When we find and fix something new, we will update this page.
